Year 2021, Took a step
That’s when SyndicatePro was born.
It started as a bold idea: to connect U.S.-based business owners with skilled Indian remote talent. No big team. No investors. Just pure hustle. Today, SyndicatePro supports 10,000+ businesses and has helped 20,000+ Indian freelancers find meaningful, high-paying work—all from the comfort of their homes.
But my mission didn’t stop there.
I kept thinking about all the people in India who had great ideas but couldn’t move forward—because they lacked money, tech knowledge, or someone to guide them.

Learned New Skills
During those years, I spent nights and weekends learning coding, digital marketing, business strategy, and networking with smart, driven people. I was building something in the background—and in 2021, I took the leap.
Moved to New City, Delhi
We moved to New Delhi, started living on rent, and things were tough—really tough. To help out, I took a job at a hotel in Lajpat Nagar, and at the same time, I re-applied for 12th through open school. It was a grind. But slowly, I started to understand the city, its energy, its chaos, and the kind of hunger it demanded.
I switched from hospitality to customer support, working at companies like MakeMyTrip, BlackJack, and Tech Mahindra. I was learning from everything—customer behavior, market patterns, how businesses operate—but deep down, I knew this wasn’t my final destination.
Failed In 12th Grade
Back in 2012, when I was in 12th grade, two things happened that changed the course of my life.
First, my father’s insurance business collapsed. We lost everything. Second, I failed my 12th board exams. Yeah—you read that right. No heroic topper story here. I was average. Struggling. Clueless.

I wasn’t born extraordinary. I come from a small town called Bulandshahr in Uttar Pradesh, born in 1995, where people dream big but often don’t get the tools to build those dreams. I was one of those dreamers—but life had its own way of waking me up.
